The recovery, in sixteen seconds

Vanished posts, rebuilt from the open feed.

Watch it run: posts disappear behind the API wall or a removal, then we rebuild the full public history from Reddit's open RSS feed - no password, every permalink timestamped - into a paste-ready archive.

Why now

Reddit closed the front door and left a side door open.

In 2023 Reddit began charging $0.24 per 1,000 API calls - enough to shut down Apollo, RIF, and Sync. Programmatic access is now expensive or rate-limited for everyone.

But Reddit still publishes free RSS and Atom feeds for users, subreddits, and searches - add .rss to most URLs. That exemption is the whole service. The hard part of Reddit work, getting clean data out at all, is exactly what we have solved cheaply.

Proof of work

Built for a real lockout.

The tool was built for exactly the situation it sells into: a person who lost access to their account and needed years of content back in a usable form. It rebuilt the entire public submission history from the Atom feed alone, merged the crossposts, separated the removed posts from the intact ones, and delivered a single document the account holder could paste straight into a newsletter.

How we keep this clean

  • -We recover an account holder's own content, or strictly public data - never private, deleted-and-hidden, or deanonymizing material.
  • -RSS is permitted; we stay within reasonable request rates and Reddit's content policy. This is archiving public posts, which it is.
  • -The Reputation / Record Pull is a compilation of public posts, not an investigation.

Your posts are still out there. Let’s get them back.
