- What is Winnowhq?
- Winnowhq is public-record research, productized. It turns a messy public record into a clean, verified, paid brief using one repeatable method across four lines: Buyer Cuts (in-market B2B buyers from real Reddit threads), Brand Defense (typo and lookalike domain audits), Reddit Recovery (rebuilding a public Reddit post history), and AI Visibility (how AI answer engines treat your brand). We harvest public data, score it, verify every claim against its live source, and deliver within a day.
- Who runs it?
- Winnowhq is a one-person research studio run by Ayomide Emmanuel Olabisi, who reads and verifies every brief personally.
- How is this different from an AI tool or a dashboard?
- Every quote and claim is read by a human and verified against a live public source before delivery. Nothing is fabricated, and you get a finished brief rather than a dashboard you still have to interpret.
- Do I have to get on a sales call?
- No. There is no sales call. Custom work is scoped from a short written brief, and the deliverable is a written brief plus its companion files. You never have to book a call to order or to scope.

- What are Buyer Cuts?
- Buyer Cuts are in-market B2B buyers pulled from real Reddit threads this month, scoped to your category or exact product. Every lead is a verbatim quote, a live source link, and an intent score. Tiers are Category scan ($497 one-time), Custom cut ($997 one-time), and Standing order ($2,997 every 3 months).
- What is a Brand Defense Audit?
- A Brand Defense Audit maps every typo, hyphen, and geo variant of your brand domain, verifies availability against the registries twice, and gives you a ranked buy list. Tiers are Brand Defense Scan ($450 one-time), Scan + Secure ($1,200 plus registration costs), and Standing Watch ($1,500 per year).
- What is Reddit Recovery?
- Reddit Recovery rebuilds a locked-out or active account's full public post history from Reddit's open RSS feed into a clean, paste-ready archive, with no password and no paid API. Tiers are Account Archive ($200 one-time), Ongoing Backup ($29 per month), and Reputation / Record Pull ($350 one-time).
- What is the AI Visibility Audit?
- The AI Visibility Audit (GEO) reads how AI answer engines treat your category: it runs about 40 real buyer-intent prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI answers, and Claude, scores whether and how prominently you appear, maps which competitors and sources the AI names instead, and hands back a ranked list of what to fix. Tiers are Visibility Scan ($450 one-time), Scan + Playbook ($1,200 one-time), and Visibility Watch ($1,500 every 3 months). Each report is dated because an AI answer is a snapshot, not a constant.
- Can I try it before I pay?
- Yes. Brand Defense and Reddit Recovery each have a free, no-signup live preview on their page: enter your domain or a username and we run the real check on your own data and show you a real sneak peek. Buyer Cuts has a full free sample issue on its page. Previews use public data only.
Ordering, payment, and delivery
- How fast will I get my deliverable?
- Buyer Cuts, Brand Defense, and AI Visibility one-time orders are delivered within 24 hours of a confirmed order or scope. Reddit Recovery archives are faster, delivered within 18 hours. Files go to the email on your order.
- Is payment secure?
- Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor. Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout, not on our site, so we never see or store your full card number. The whole site runs over HTTPS and we only receive order metadata such as the tier, amount, and your email.
- What is your refund policy?
- There is a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on one-time deliverables across all three lines. If a deliverable materially fails the standard described on the site, you can request a refund within 7 days by emailing editor@winnowhq.com with your order ID. If we miss the stated delivery window (24 hours for Buyer Cuts, Brand Defense, and AI Visibility, 18 hours for Reddit Recovery) you get a full refund. It does not cover a change of mind. Recurring plans can be cancelled any time before the next period.
Privacy, trust, and guardrails
- How do you handle my data?
- We do not sell your data. Our processors are Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (the chat assistant, which only receives the messages you send it), Google Analytics 4 (only after you accept the cookie banner), and Vercel (hosting). You can access or delete your data, or exercise GDPR and CCPA rights, by emailing editor@winnowhq.com.
- I was quoted in a Buyer Cut and want it removed. What do I do?
- If you authored a Reddit post we quoted and want it removed, email editor@winnowhq.com with the source link and we remove it from materials we control within 7 business days. We work from public records only and never deanonymize, dox, or publish usernames.
- Is Brand Defense legal advice?
- No. Brand Defense is research and registration support only. It is not legal advice or a trademark opinion, and UDRP or trademark matters should go to counsel. We never acquire a third party's domain on your behalf.
