Refund Policy

If a standard Issue does not meet the standard described on the site, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. “Does not meet the standard” means a material failure of the described deliverable, for example: fewer qualified threads than stated, quotes that are not attributable to a live source URL at delivery, or a missing companion CSV. It does not cover a change of mind about your own business, your strategy, or whether you ended up booking meetings, since outcomes depend on how you use the research.

• One refund per customer. The satisfaction guarantee can be used once per customer, lifetime.
• Certify deletion of the deliverable. Because the CSV is the extractable core of the product, a refund requires you to confirm in writing that you have deleted the report and CSV and have not used, contacted, or retained any of the leads. Requesting a refund after putting the leads to use is not eligible.
• No chargeback abuse. Filing a card chargeback instead of contacting us, or requesting a refund while retaining and using the data, forfeits the guarantee and may result in being barred from future orders.

• Custom Cut ($997). Includes bespoke work scoped from a short written brief you provide. Once bespoke research has begun, that scoped portion is non-refundable. The 7-day guarantee still applies to the delivered report under the conditions in section 2.
• Standing Order ($2,997/quarter), Standing Watch ($1,500/year), Visibility Watch ($1,500/quarter), Ongoing Backup ($29/month). Cancel at any time before the next deliverable or period and you will not be billed again. Deliverables already provided are non-refundable once downloaded; undelivered work in a paid period is refunded on a pro-rata basis.
• Brand Defense Scan ($450) & Reddit Recovery Archive ($200) / Record Pull ($350). One-time research deliverables covered by the section 1 guarantee. “Does not meet the standard” means a material failure of the described deliverable (for example, availability not verified against the registries, or an archive that omits recoverable public posts).
• AI Visibility Scan ($450) & Scan + Playbook ($1,200). One-time research deliverables covered by the section 1 guarantee. “Does not meet the standard” means a material failure of the described deliverable (for example, prompts not run across the stated engines, or answers not logged with their dates). Because an AI answer is a snapshot in time, the guarantee covers the integrity of the audit, not future changes in what the engines say after delivery.
• Scan + Secure registration costs. Domain registration fees are passed through at the registrar’s cost and are non-refundable once a domain is registered, since that money leaves our hands immediately.

If we fail to deliver within the stated delivery window (24 hours for a Buyer Cuts Category Scan or a Brand Defense Scan, 18 hours for a Reddit Recovery Account Archive or Record Pull) and you no longer want the deliverable, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the conditions above.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
